The Grom new for 2013
The grom was inspired by our two groms here at shortbus, brady green and maddox cromwell. the outline is pulled from our hybrid shape but tweaked to fit the little rippers. the boards have tapered nose and tail so it is more responsive for the groms. with the same infused technology as all of our boards here at shortbus skims, this board is built to last and preform like no other grom board on the market today.

The wider nose and body design allow for superior float while the wings in the tail section give you the control of a sleeker more narrow board.The lower rocker will carry you effortlessly through those tough flat sections. The Pro model
is designed for the more advanced rider. Its narrow nose allows for a faster response in stepper and more critical sections of the wave. The streamlined midsection allows for more maneuverability and control in fast, long liners, while the reliable pintail design gives you the hold you need in steeper faces. These features, combined with a rocker that enables speed to be maintained over flat sections of the wave, makes for a truly dynamic and versatile board. |

The D-rod pro model: Shortbus skimboard's pro rider, danny "d-rod" rodriguez and Shortbus owner, Curtis cromwell, have fine tuned this board over the past year to come up with a board that is most versatile for all conditions and spots. the board is available in three different sizes. Danny rides the 54" x 21" in double carbon epoxy for the stiffest, lightest, and most responsive board possible. If you have seen pics of danny riding, he has more air time logged than most pilots and he's a real tech rider. this board has a wider outline for the Florida style skim and allows the board to wrap and maintain speed in softer skim.
